The paper by E.J. Jetmir is quite informative. It gives a great overview of the case. It shares a belief of Sitmar Orthodox Jewish Sect giving the reader the desire to learn more. I am Jewish from Williamsburg, Brooklyn where there is a Sitmar community. I do understand the reasons the children could not get on the bus. The driver should have had been given complete instruction on Sitmar beliefs. The author not is brilliant. I look forward to reading more of his work.Product details

Once again, another great book from Mr. Jetmir. I am a huge fan of reading about court cases and the history of our judicial system in this country. I have read a lot of court case analysis and this is on par with some of the best I have ever read. I will continue to watch for more books by this author. Great Job Mr. Jetmir!
This paper was an amazing read. As someone with a background in pre-law; who is greatly intrigued by the nuances of past and present legal proceedings, I thoroughly enjoyed the detailed accounts of the actions leading to the establishment of cause as well as the original thought that was injected by the author. Much more than I expected to get for $0.99!
